This policy explains what information Pawmesa (“we”, “us”) collects when you use pawmesa.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Inquiries. If you send us an inquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the product area you are interested in, your message, and the page you were on when you sent it.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It collects information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, approximate location, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.

This site does not have user accounts and does not take payments, so we do not collect payment card details.

How we use it

We use inquiry details only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We rely on a few service providers, who process information on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts the website.
• Resend delivers inquiry messages to our email inbox. Inquiries are not stored in a database on this site.
• Google provides Google Analytics.
• Sanity delivers product content and images. Your browser loads these from Sanity’s servers, which can see standard request details such as your IP address.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics property.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
